Welcome to Market Dating. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Market, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously removed from the Service
• Complete our application process and be approved

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use only your own photos that accurately represent your current appearance

3. Community Guidelines

Market is built on respect and authenticity. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited sexual content or messages
• Use fake photos, misrepresent your identity, or create fake profiles
• Spam or solicit other users for commercial purposes
• Share other users' private information without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent our safety features or verification systems
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on Market. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it.

5. The 24-Hour Fuse

When you match with another user, you have 24 hours to start a conversation before the match expires. This feature is designed to encourage meaningful engagement. Expired matches cannot be recovered.

6. Premium Features

Market offers optional premium subscriptions and features. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with the policies of the app store through which you purchased
• Premium features are for personal use only and are non-transferable

7. Safety

While we work hard to create a safe community, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. You acknowledge that:

• Market is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform
• You should exercise caution when meeting people in person
• You should use our reporting features to flag inappropriate behavior

8. Intellectual Property

Market and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Market Dating and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your profile will no longer be visible to other users
• You will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR RELATIONSHIP THROUGH THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
